A 24-year-old Frenchwoman named Iris Mittenaar was recently named Miss Universe 2017. Second place went to Miss Haiti Raquel Pelissier and Andrea Goods from Colombia rounded out the top three. Iris sthrilled to be Miss Universe, and it's not hard to see why she was picked.
