Arang Batu

 Mining for coal is one of the world's most dangerous jobs. While deadliest in China, where thousands of miners die annually, the profession is still hazardous in the West and other regions as well. Our mining and use of coal accounts for a variety of environmental hazards, including the production of more CO2 than any other source. Over 40% of the world's electricity is generated by burning coal, more than from any other source. Chances are that a significant percentage of the electricity.

It's a bug's life: Artist creates human sculpture from 20,000 handmade ladybirds

From a distance it looks like a simple red sculpture of the female form.
But artist Gabor Fulop hasn't used marble or paper-marche to create this piece of artwork called 'The Lady Bug' - and has in fact made up his model using 20,000 tiny ladybirds.
Using artificial resin, the Bulgarian sculptor handmade the minuscule beetles, before painting them individually.

'Mahatma Gandhi' kids

Children dressed as Mahatma Gandhi take part in a peace march in Kolkata Jan 29, 2012. Four hundred and eighty-five children from the Training Resource and Care for Kids (T.R.A.C.K.S), a charity for single mothers and children living without support at railway stations, took part in a peace march on Sunday in an attempt to create a Guinness World Record for being the largest gathering of people dressed as Mahatma Gandhi.

Jambatan runtuh di Kentucky selepas dirempuh oleh kapal pengangkut yang membawa sebahagian badan roket .
Incredible images emerged of a hulking freighter wearing mangled pieces of a steel bridge on its bow after a collision in southwestern Kentucky Thursday night. The cargo vessel was carrying space rocket parts for the United Launch Alliance, intended for a vehicle that was scheduled to be shot into orbit from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida.
